Anna Mansueti
Illustrator
Anna Mansueti is an artist, designer, and veteran currently pursuing a degree at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design. During her military career, she witnessed how war’s pernicious fragments can retraumatize not only the environment, but also the community and collective consciousness. Drawing inspiration from her military service, travel, and research, Anna creates designs that encourage compassionate communication for marginalized voices and facilitate discussions about violence, repression, and post-traumatic stress. She aims to channel her passion for reconciliation and healing work through interdisciplinary research, social advocacy, and her art practice.

about PerditionFiction
Perdition
"At night, I sit in my room with the lights out to see if my father or mother will notice I’m not around. My mother is a phantom in the house. They used to check my room to see if I was home. I can hear him pacing outside my door up and down the hallway. He’s humming a rhythmic tone and steady beat that goes nowhere."
